Monthly Fees
Page Rankings services are, for the most part, monthly subscriptions that are charged to the client's credit card. The client is responsible for ensuring that the credit card information on file is up-to-date and accurate. Each month, the client's credit card will be automatically charged for the subscriptions they've purchased and invoices can be viewed within the client's account manager.
Project Management
Page Ranking assigns each client a project manager who will ensure that the project is on time and successful. Our project managers are highly trained and experienced SEO professionals that have managed the successful optimization of hundreds of sites. Assigning the most experienced SEO professionals to your project is why we're so successful and one of the main reasons we have such high a client retention rate.
After successfully purchasing a package, you'll be assigned a project manager who has experience optimizing sites similar to yours. Your project manager will be your point of contact throughout the process and he'll share his contact details so that you can reach him at any time. Throughout the project, your project manager will work on your behalf to ensure that the quality of our services, timelines, and processes, are implemented properly.
Communications
Effective communications throughout the project is essential when conducting SEO for our client's sites. Page Ranking has found that electronic communications platforms (Email, Skype, Gmail Chat, etc.) are the most efficient methods of communicating with our clients about projects. Our ability to record conversations, share files, and allow others to join, makes electronic communications our preferred method.
Page Ranking requests that clients check email daily and respond to our emails in a timely fashion. Our ability to get a timely response is necessary to meeting deadlines, so we ask that you make every attempt to be responsive when communication is required. Your response times drive the project timeline and can significantly delay our progress. Page Ranking cannot be held responsible for delays caused by poor client response times.
Reporting
Page Ranking is dedicated to providing quality, accurate, and timely reports to our clients. Reporting is done monthly and reports are emailed to the client by the client's project manager. Clients have the opportunity to review reports for their own knowledge, but the primary purpose of the reports is to benchmark the project's success. Reports are used by Page Ranking to fine tune the project for better results and to ensure that progress is being made.
SEO Recommendations
After analyzing the site, conducting keyword research, and mutually agreeing on the target keywords, Page Ranking will develop a list of recommendations that will make the site more search engine friendly. The client is responsible for the implementation of most of these recommendations, but Page Ranking is willing to assist in the implementation.
Page Ranking does offer clients the opportunity to have us implement the recommendations on their behalf. Clients may purchase programming hours, which will pay for our staff to implement the SEO recommendations and to ensure that the changes are implemented in a timely fashion. Clients who opt to implement the recommendations on their own, should do so in a timely fashion to avoid delays in the project's timeline.
Programming Services
Page Ranking often makes recommendations that require dynamic programming on the client's site. These recommendations can be complex at times and may be beyond the technical scope of our client's capabilities. Page Ranking offers clients the opportunity to pay our expert programmers to complete the programming on their behalf. Clients can purchase programming hours, from within their account, for a flat fee of $20/hour.
All recommendations provided by Page Ranking will be accompanied by a time and cost estimate for having us complete the implementations on the client's behalf.
Additional Services
Clients can purchase additional services to help improve the aggressiveness of their package subscription. These additional services are billed monthly, but don't have a minimum commitment period. Clients may cancel the additional services purchased at any time and without penalty. Adding additional services to your account can only be done once you've successfully purchased one of the offered packages.
